Spicy Tomato Noodle Stir-Fry
100g noodles
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1, sliced onion
1, julienned bell peppers
2 cloves, minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, julienned bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine with the vegetables.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce or chili sauce if desired. Serve the Spicy Tomato Noodle Stir-Fry hot, garnished with some chopped green onions or cilantro leaves.
For an extra kick of heat, you can add some sliced red chili peppers or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. You can also customize this stir-fry by adding your favorite protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
