Fluffy Banana Bread Pudding
2 ripe bananas, mashed bananas
2 large eggs eggs
2 tbsp, melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp, ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and milk. Mix well.
Stir in the flour, brown sugar, raisins, and nutmeg until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
Allow the pudding to cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce. Enjoy warm!
For a twist, try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a handful of chopped nuts to the pudding before baking. You can also serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.
